When do you restock?

• We restock as often as possible (about once a month) because we want everyone to have a chance to enjoy our creations! We know how frustrating quick sell-outs can be, but we’re so grateful for your love and support as we grow. Thank you for being part of this journey with us!

Do you ship internationally?

• Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping! If your country isn’t listed at checkout, just send us a message via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll assist you.

When will my order ship?

• Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 6 to 10 days. However, during large restocks, please allow up to 6-7 business days for processing before shipping. Thank you for your patience—we can’t wait for you to receive your order!

How can I track my order?

• When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order ships, we’ll send you tracking details—but please allow a few days for the tracking to update. Thank you for your patience!

Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

• Once an order is placed, no changes can be made to the items or personal information. Please double-check your order and shipping address before completing your purchase.  

  However, if you contact us within one hour of placing your order, we may be able to make changes. If you’ve already received your tracking number email, unfortunately, we can no longer modify your order. Thank you for understanding!

What’s your return & exchange policy?

• We do not accept returns or exchanges due to our limited inventory. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@intospace.store within 10 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help resolve any concerns!
